MyLovely AI wants to be the AI girlfriend you design yourself, and for once the pitch matches what’s on the menu. You get a chat with more than 100 ready-made characters, a creator that walks you through five steps, and a generator that turns whoever you end up with into photos and videos. What it doesn’t do is keep the paywall out of sight for long. That’s the bit I wanted to pin down.
I rebuilt this review in October 2026 from MyLovely AI’s own pages: the plan page, the character creator, the FAQ and the terms. The old version was stuffed with test sessions, star ratings and personality sliders that aren’t on the site, so I binned the lot.
What MyLovely AI actually is
A browser app from PROMPTREPUBLIC S.L., a company based in Madrid. Nothing to install. Open it on your phone or your laptop and your chats are waiting. The menu is refreshingly short, just Create, Characters, Chats, Gallery and Premium, and after some of the cockpit-style dashboards in this niche I’ll take that.
Girlfriends, boyfriends, 100-plus official characters and a far bigger heap made by other users. Talk to any of them, or skip the lot and build your own. There’s a MyLovely subreddit and a Discord too, handy if you’re nosy about what other people come up with (I am).
How NSFW does MyLovely AI get?
All the way, if you want it to. The site’s own FAQ is blunt about it: it doesn’t filter consensual adult content, and any roleplay scenario is fair game. She can answer with voice notes, photos and videos as well as text, so a scene that starts as sexting doesn’t have to stay there.
You can poke at all of it on the free plan. The nicer toys live on Premium Plus, though: exclusive models, private generations, pictures without a watermark. Money talk in a minute.
The five-step creator
Here’s the real reason to pick MyLovely AI over a chat-only app. Five steps: Identity, Appearance, Physique, Personality, Finalize. First you choose a visual base. Realism, Semi-realism and Anime are open to everyone, while Sketch and Anime-3D need a paid plan. After that it’s either the Guided Flow, where you pick from options screen by screen, or Pro Prompt on Premium Plus, where you describe her in your own words and let the model run with it.
The guided route goes through ethnicity, hairstyle, body type, outfit, voice and personality, right down to hobbies and odd little habits. No sliders to fuss over. You choose, it builds, and anything that isn’t quite right you can fix later in the chat.
If you’d rather not build
Then don’t. The character gallery filters by type (MILF, Asian, Blonde, Busty, Dominant, that sort of thing) and every profile drops you straight into a conversation. A few characters keep a private gallery, which is a one-time unlock for 50 tokens.
Photos, videos and voice
According to MyLovely, your companion can send voice messages, custom photos and videos made just for you. The image generator lives under Create. Pick the character, the model, a pose and a style, or press Surprise Me when you can’t be bothered to decide. A separate cartoon generator handles the drawn look.
Two things I like here. Video creation is included on the free plan, which honestly isn’t a given in this category. And Premium Plus does batch generations, so you get several takes in one go instead of rerolling picture by picture. The thing I couldn’t find is a public price list. The generator shows a token cost on its button, sure, but nothing tells you before you pay how far 450 tokens will stretch.
MyLovely AI pricing in 2026
Checked on MyLovely AI’s plan page and its checkout settings in October 2026. There’s one paid plan, Premium Plus, and it gets cheaper the longer you commit.

Premium Plus gets you 450 tokens a month, unlimited chat, the exclusive models, characters built from a text prompt, custom prompts, private generations without watermarks, a priority queue and the paid character collections. Premium members can also earn extra tokens from daily missions. Run out and top-ups cost $9.99 for 150 tokens, $14.99 for 300, $34.99 for 800 and $59.99 for 2,000.
The support FAQ also mentions a lighter Premium plan from $12.99 a month. It wasn’t on the plan page when I checked, so I’d budget for Premium Plus.
Is MyLovely AI free?
Partly, and more generously than most. Starter is free for good, asks for no card, and gets you the base models, video creation, saving and sharing images, and one character you design yourself. You can start chatting free too. No unlimited messages, no exclusive models, no private generations, but as a test drive of the creator it’s plenty.
The trial, billing and refunds
Trial Access costs $2.99 and opens every Premium Plus feature for two days, with unlimited messaging but just 30 tokens instead of 450. Then the checkout bills $19.99 for a month. That’s simply how it’s set up, so if you’re only curious, set a reminder. Cancelling happens in Settings under Billing, and you keep access to the end of what you’ve paid for.
Plans renew on their own for the same term. Refunds aren’t guaranteed. The terms only promise one to EU customers who withdraw within 14 days without having used anything, and beyond that MyLovely may look at a request made within 24 hours if you’ve hardly used the plan. Payment is Visa, Mastercard or crypto. The homepage promises a neutral name on your bank statement; the support FAQ hedges a bit and says the exact descriptor depends on the payment provider.
Privacy, and what happened in April
MyLovely says chats are encrypted, it follows GDPR and it never shares your data. Then again, in April 2026 Have I Been Pwned listed a breach of about 106,000 MyLovely AI accounts. What got out: email addresses, the prompts people had written and links to the images they’d made, plus a handful of Discord and X usernames. I’d want to know that before typing my fantasies into a box, so now you know too. A spare email address costs nothing.
What to watch out for
- The $2.99 trial rolls into a $19.99 month unless you cancel within two days.
- There’s no public list of what a picture or a video costs in tokens.
- Refunds are the exception, and unused credits may expire after you cancel.
- Sketch, Anime-3D and Pro Prompt sit behind the paid plan.
- The April 2026 breach exposed prompts and image links.
Who MyLovely AI is for
Builders. If the fun, for you, is designing a companion (face, body, voice, temperament) and then seeing her turn up in photos and clips, MyLovely AI does that nicely and lets you try the creator before paying a cent. At $6 a month on the yearly plan it’s also one of the cheaper long-term deals I’ve come across. Mostly here to chat? MyLovely AI alternatives
Candy AI is cheaper to start: from $3.99 a month on the yearly plan (billed $47.88), with chat, pictures, video and voice calls, plus Candy Shorts, episodic AI series where the first two episodes of each are free. Its free tier is only 5 messages, so MyLovely’s Starter plan is the kinder way in.
OurDream AI is the pick if video matters most. Premium is $19.99 a month or $9.99 a month on the yearly plan, with 1,000 DreamCoins a month, and its companions make clips of up to 60 seconds at 100 coins per 5 seconds, realistic or anime.
Verdict
MyLovely AI is a good AI girlfriend builder with an honest free plan and a yearly price that’s hard to argue with. The creator is quick, the styles run from photoreal to anime, and the girl you design follows you from the chat into photos and videos. I’d like a public token price list, and I’d keep an eye on that $19.99 trial renewal. The April breach is worth weighing too. But if designing your own companion is the point and you’re happy to commit for a year, it earns its place.
