My Spicy Vanilla has a slightly sweet pitch. Give it a fantasy, solo or cooked up with a partner, and it writes you into the lead roles. Couples get top billing. Writers are the quieter second audience, and honestly a lot of the toolkit looks built for them. Then it draws the scenes and reads the whole thing aloud.
This is a first look based on what My Spicy Vanilla publishes as of October 2026, from the pricing page to the changelog. No tests of my own, so no scores. Just what it does, what it allows and what it costs.
What My Spicy Vanilla is
It’s an erotic story writer that runs in the browser, made by DigitalKwarts OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia. You describe a scene, pick a genre and a tone, and it writes a chapter, in under a minute by its own account. Then the next one. It keeps the characters, the places and the loose threads on file, the idea being that chapter twelve still remembers chapter three. Thirty-plus languages, apparently.
How explicit can My Spicy Vanilla get?
Very. There’s a setting for it called Content Comfort Level, with eight notches running from Neutral through Gentle, Emotional, Poetic, Balanced, Poetic (Explicit) and Explicit up to X-Rated. Explicit is already graphic, and it’s free. X-Rated, which the tutorial sells as “unfiltered, raw, and extreme,” is the one you pay for. A dial, not a switch. I like that a lot. Tender on Tuesday, filthy on Friday, same story.
The pictures got a dial of their own on 2 October 2026, three notches this time. On Sensual nobody’s naked. Erotic lets the clothes come off but keeps sex acts and genitals out of shot, and Uncensored hands your prompt to the image model as written. You need Premium for the last two, moderation still checks every image, and the changelog openly admits anatomy goes wrong more often on Uncensored. I appreciated that, frankly.
Off the menu: non-consent, incest, bestiality and copyrighted characters, among a few others.
Features that matter
Characters, places and memory
The character builder turns one line into a full profile: looks, personality, backstory, what they want and what they’d never admit. The site’s own example, “a guarded nightclub owner with a debt they cannot repay,” beats most of my first drafts. There are matching builders for places and whole worlds, a map of who loves, owes or betrays whom, and custom plugins for your house style. The sample on the homepage reads “Start each chapter with a conversation. End each one in bed.” Fair enough.
Memory is where paying shows: the last 10 chapters on free, the last 100 on Premium. And since late September there’s an @chapter tag, in beta, for pointing the AI at up to five earlier chapters. Handy when you want a callback.
Pictures, narration and export
One click illustrates a scene, and Premium keeps each character’s look consistent. Free accounts get no NSFW pictures.
Narration is the bit I’d show a partner first. Each character gets a voice of their own from 500+ options in 24 languages, whispery ASMR ones included, and you keep the MP3. It runs on audio credits: one with the day pass, two with the subscription, enough for a full story by the site’s count. Finished stories export as PDF or EPUB, and Premium adds DOCX plus a commercial license.
My Spicy Vanilla pricing in 2026
Straight from the pricing page in October 2026, in US dollars with taxes included. Prices move, so check the checkout.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Nothing | 2 chapters a day of up to 1,000 words, no NSFW pictures |
| 24-Hour Access Pass | $7.19 once | A full day of Premium, 1 audio credit, no recurring charge |
| Monthly | $17.99 a month | 50 chapters a day up to 4,000 words, 100 pictures a day, X-Rated mode, 2 audio credits |
| Yearly | $8.99 a month, billed annually | Everything in monthly at half the price |
The day pass is the clever one. Curious about X-Rated, or want pictures for one evening? $7.19 buys a whole day of Premium and there’s nothing to cancel afterwards. Planning to stay? The yearly plan halves the price, but it can’t be refunded.
The free plan
No account needed to start, though your stories then live in a browser cookie, and clearing it wipes them. Worth knowing before you get attached. Sign up and there’s a bonus story, then it’s 2 chapters a day, 1,000 words tops, on the basic model. Explicit text works on free; X-Rated and NSFW pictures don’t. Enough to see if the writing does anything for you. It isn’t enough for a slow burn over forty chapters.
Billing, refunds and privacy
Payments go through CCBill, and the card statement says “CCBill.com *DigitalKwart,” not the site’s name. Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB. No card? A G2A gift card opens up 200+ other ways to pay.
Refunds? Only on a monthly plan, with fewer than three generations made, if you ask within 30 days. Renewals, day passes, audio credits and yearly or quarterly plans aren’t refunded. Cancel anytime in My Subscriptions; Premium runs out the period you paid for.
On privacy, the company says stories are private by default, encrypted, never sold and never used to train AI models. Delete your account and you get 24 hours to change your mind before your stories and profile are gone.
What to watch out for
- NSFW pictures and X-Rated text are Premium only, so free mostly shows you the writing.
- Fan fiction’s a no, since copyrighted characters are banned.
- That review score on the homepage? It comes from a reviews page the company runs itself, so I’d trust the free chapters more.
- It’s browser only, and the site links no App Store or Google Play app.
Who it’s for, and who should skip it
Couples who want a shared fantasy written down, read out on a quiet evening or sent to a partner far away; that’s who it’s pitched at. Writers juggling a big cast are the other fit. Want to sext a character in real time? Skip it. This writes stories, it doesn’t chat.
My Spicy Vanilla vs Erota vs Lovescape
Erota is the closest match. Same idea, explicit stories it can read to you, plus a Novel Studio for long books, role-play chat and a choose-your-own-adventure mode. Plans start at $9.90 a month, a little less if you pay quarterly or yearly, and there’s a free 7-day trial.
Lovescape suits people who’d rather end up watching. Its story generator feeds the same characters into its picture and video tools. It’s $19.99 month to month or about $7.99 a month on a year.
More picks are in our AI erotic story generators ranking.
Verdict
My Spicy Vanilla is a story writer first, and a well-equipped one: an eight-step heat dial, builders that keep a long cast straight, pictures, and a voice for every character. The $7.19 day pass is a friendly way in. The free plan is small and the refund rule is tight, so start free, and if the chapters land, buy a day before you buy a year.
