Most interactive strokers need you to go and find a video somebody has scripted for them. The Solace Pro, Lovense’s thrusting stroker, tries a different trick. It leans on a feature called AI Sync, tucked inside Lovense’s free VibeMate app, which watches what you’re playing and moves the toy along with it. Tube videos, VR, cam streams. Music too, if you’re feeling experimental. No script files. The hardware does the thrusting and the software does the guessing.
A quick, honest note on sources first. Lovense’s own website sits behind a bot check that kept me out, so I couldn’t confirm anything on the official product page. This first look is built from what retailers, independent reviewers and the app stores had published as of October 2026, and where they contradict each other, I’ve left the claim out. Check the details on Lovense’s store before you buy.
What the Solace Pro actually is
It’s a motorized stroker that does the work for you, built to sit in a desk mount so your hands are free. The mount swivels through 180 degrees, and HappyBed’s listing says the clamp takes a table up to about 2.5 inches thick. Inside is a removable, closed-end TPE sleeve. Speed and depth are set separately, with eight speed levels and four depth settings, and HappyBed and ARVR Tips both give a top speed of 300 strokes a minute.
Think desk gadget, not pocket toy: ARVR Tips has it at roughly 23 cm long and just under a kilo. Water’s a no, too. It’s splash-proof, not waterproof, so you take the sleeve out to wash it and keep the motor dry.
How Lovense AI Sync works
AI Sync lives inside VibeMate, a free app the App Store describes as “A Private, AI-Powered Browser” (rated 18+). Connect the Solace Pro, open a video in VibeMate, and the software reads the action and speeds the thrusting up or slows it down to match. ARVR Tips, updated in September 2026, says it works with a huge list of adult video sites, VR content, music and audiobooks, and other reviews mention live streams too. The same review says AI Sync is free to use and still in beta.
Beta is the word to remember. ARVR Tips calls the sync hit or miss and says it sometimes lags behind the action. That’s the trade you make with anything that guesses from the picture instead of following a hand-made script. You get range, and you give up some precision.
Want exact timing? Funscripts
There’s a way round it for purists. Funscript.org published a guide in July 2026 that pairs the Solace Pro over Bluetooth through Intiface Central to play funscripts, with a sync offset you can nudge until the timing lines up. The guide admits it takes more setup than a Wi-Fi stroker like the Handy.
The Lovense Remote app
For everything that isn’t video sync there’s Lovense Remote, a free app that only works with official Lovense toys. It’s the control room. You get a slider to drive the toy by hand, a library of more than 2 million patterns shared by other users, media sync that lets music or sound drive the toy, and control links that let someone else take over from wherever they are. Couples can even video or voice call inside the app while one of them runs the toy. Long-distance relationships, that one’s for you.
Lovense Solace Pro price in 2026
Since I couldn’t get into Lovense’s own store, these come from retailers and reviews. HappyBed notes it’s often discounted, so look again at checkout.
| What | Price |
|---|---|
| Lovense Solace Pro stroker | around $199 at the time of writing, check the store |
| VibeMate app with AI Sync | free (AI Sync still in beta) |
| Lovense Remote app | free |
So the software side costs nothing, at least as of September 2026. You pay for the hardware and AI Sync doesn’t add a monthly fee on top, which I like a lot more than another subscription.
Who makes it, and one privacy note
Lovense is a Singapore-based company. On the App Store, VibeMate is sold by Wolkin, Inc. and Lovense Remote by HYTTO PTE. LTD., so don’t be thrown by the names. One privacy note: in July 2025 TechCrunch reported app flaws that exposed Lovense users’ email addresses, and Lovense fixed them after the report.
And in case you came here from our other Lovense page, Lovense Emily is a doll, a different product altogether.
What I’d watch out for
- AI Sync is a beta, and it can lag behind what’s on screen.
- It’s bulky and needs a desk or table edge for the clamp.
- Reviews put the noise at up to 63 dB, and it’s noticeable at the top speeds.
- The sleeve starts out tight, and a closed end takes a while to dry.
- Everything here comes from third parties, so confirm specs and price on Lovense’s store.
Who it’s for, and who should skip it
Buy it if you want a hands-free stroker that keeps up with whatever you’re watching, rather than a short list of scripted scenes. If you already play with Lovense toys and a partner, it slots straight into the apps you’re using.
Give it a miss if you need quiet, or frame-perfect timing out of the box. Same if buying hardware was never the plan.
Solace Pro vs FeelXVideos and Candy AI
FeelXVideos goes the other way: more than 3,000 interactive videos made for toys, mostly shot in POV, for $29.95 a month ($14.95 for the first month). Its FAQ lists Kiiroo, Svakom and the Handy strokers, though, not Lovense, so it’s a different setup rather than an add-on for the Solace Pro.
Candy AI is the no-hardware route: an AI girlfriend app with chat, pictures, video, voice calls and a cam mode, from $3.99 a month on the 12-month plan. For other ways to make porn react to you, see our interactive AI porn ranking.
Verdict
On paper the Solace Pro is strong hardware with a clever free extra. Three hundred strokes a minute, separate speed and depth, a mount that frees your hands, and AI Sync turning ordinary porn, VR and cam streams into something the toy can follow without anyone writing a script. The sync is still a beta, and the reviews say it shows. If “close enough” timing works for you, around $199 buys a stroker that keeps up with a long list of sites. If it doesn’t, plan on funscripts.
