A stepmother, a rulebook and a girlfriend down the hall
House Rules has one of the neatest setups on Candy Shorts. When her husband’s grown son comes home with his girlfriend, a restless stepmother picks up a pen and writes “house rules.” The phrase sounds like chores and quiet hours. Not in this house. She writes them so she can take what she wants while his girlfriend is right there under the same roof.
I like how much work that one detail does. Plenty of stepmom stories need somebody to leave first: a husband off on a work trip, a dinner that gets cancelled at the last minute. This one keeps the house full and makes the full house the point. Rules are a sneaky weapon, too, because rules sound fair. Everybody is supposedly bound by the same ones, and only the woman who wrote them knows what they’re really for.
Is House Rules NSFW from the start?
No, and the line is easy to find. The House Rules free episodes, one and two, are the setup, and like the opening pair of almost every series here they stay suggestive. You need a free Candy AI account to watch them, nothing else. Explicit content starts with episode 3, which is also where the tokens start, and it carries on through episode 5. Whether her rules are your kind of thing, those two free ones will tell you.
House Rules pricing: 36 tokens for the last three
Three paid episodes at 12 tokens each, so 36 tokens finishes it. That’s the going rate for a five-parter without a licensed performer; the series with a performer’s name on them charge 30 an episode, or 90 for the same length. If you haven’t used the platform yet, our Candy AI review walks through the plans and how tokens work.
House Rules alternatives: the rule handed down, and the one rule
Whatever Your Stepmom Says is the obvious neighbor. Dad leaves on a work trip, puts his wife Ava in charge, and she takes his instruction a lot more literally than he meant it. Her authority is handed to her. Nobody hands this stepmother anything; she drafts her own. My Best Friend’s Mom Has One Rule goes minimal instead, with exactly one rule: don’t go upstairs. All three cost 36 tokens over five episodes.
What neither listing has is a girlfriend in the house, and that’s what tips me toward House Rules. The person who could walk in on them doesn’t need to come home early. She’s already under the same roof.
Who should sign up for her rules
Pick it if you like a woman who plans ahead, a bit of hypocrisy dressed up as household admin, and the thrill of nearly getting caught by someone who’d actually mind. Skip it if you’d rather they had the place to themselves. Lots of series here clear everyone out first, and the full Candy Shorts list has plenty of them.
